By accessing or using the StrataMate platform, website, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. StrataMate reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Intellectual Property Rights

The StrataMate name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of StrataMate. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of StrataMate. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Proprietary Technology
The Service contains proprietary technology, including but not limited to its software architecture, algorithms, data models, user interface designs, workflows, and methodologies. This technology represents significant investment in research and development and constitutes valuable trade secrets of StrataMate. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas, algorithms, or structure of the Service.
4. User Accounts and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant StrataMate a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, process, and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service using automated means

StrataMate does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. StrataMate is not a strata management company and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Any information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, StrataMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StrataMate and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
